The Asset Tracker For Trailers requires a power source, from 12 - 24 VDC.
Waterproof to 3.3 feet the Trailer Tracker is built to withstand harsh
environments.
The Trailer Tracker will perform a position update every time the trailer is
connected/disconnected from power. When connected to power the Trailer Tracker
will update its position every 10 minutes.
The Trailer Tracker is equipped with an internal battery which once charged
will last for 3+ months. If the unit is not connected to power and the internal
battery charged, the Trailer Tracker will update its position every 24 hours.
If moved when disconnected from external power, the device will transmit its location every
five minutes.
Service Plans Available:
Monthly 10 Minute Updates: $12 per month
When not connected to power, device will work off internal battery and auto
update every 24 hours. Internal battery will last about 3+ months. The internal
battery will recharge each time device is connected to power, it takes about 8
hours for the internal battery to fully recharge (when connected to a
tractor/power).
No contracts.

The internal battery is a 3.7 VDC lithium-ion rated at 5.2 amp hours. When connected to power, it will take 6 hours to charge. Once fully charged, and disconnected from power, the device will transmit 2X per day for at least 3 months. |
