Activated GPS Products

• ✔ For Business Clients - It's 30 days from the date of activation. Actual shipping, activation and airtime fees are non-refundable.
• ✔ For Consumers - It's 15 days from the date of activation. The original shipping, activation and airtime fees are non-refundable.

Non-Activated GPS Products

• ✔ It's 30 days from the date of purchase, less actual shipping fees.

Return Procedure

1. Obtain an RMA #
By Calling 1-661-294-6805 or by sending an email to returns@liveviewgps.com

We Ask That You Obtain A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) Before Returning Any Purchases. RETURNS WITHOUT RMA #'s Will NOT BE ACCEPTED AT OUR FACILITY AND DELIVERY WILL BE REFUSED.

3. Insure Product
Send back via traceable method, USPS certified mail, UPS, FedEx.

Credit will be issued immediately to your account once we receive the returned item(s). If an item was marked with FREE SHIPPING, we will deduct the actual shipping cost our company incurred from your credit.
