Truckers can find information about HAR, also referred to as Travelers Information Stations (TIS) from state by state by looking for blue information signs along the Interstates. This radio network allows truck drivers to listen for traffic alerts, road conditions, and weather information 24/7.

This app is available for Android and iOS devices and can be downloaded to mobile phones and provides a minute-by-minute weather forecast for the next two hours based on current GPS location.
