Tomorrow, 9/3/2010, we will be releasing our Iphone GPS tracking application, version 2. The app is available free on the Itunes store, please go to itunes and upgrade. The app is a gps tracking utility that will allow you to view your LiveViewGPS Live Trac tracking devices (purchase of the Live Trac device(s) are required to use the app). Here’s whats improved in version 2:
Follow Specific Device – Auto Centers To Your Iphone Screen:
Version 1, if you wanted to follow a particular device you would continously have to move the map to follow it. We’ve added auto follow:
Now: Simply – touch the “Magifying Glass” (Fig 1) You’ll be taken to a screen where you can select the device you want to auto-follow (Fig 2). Click Back on the top button and you’ll be returned to the Google maps screen with the specific device you wanted to follow (fig 3). If you touch the screen, the app will stop following the device.
New In Version 2 – Get Addresses And Even A Street View (If Available):
The address field has been added to the application. If available next to the address field is a button that will open a street view of the devices location. An image of the devices “street view” will appear if available.
