Please select the appropriate form below, specific to the device you purchased.  Once the activation form is received, we will e-mail your username and password, as well as URL for login.

If you purchased the PT8100/PT8200 - Download The PT Credit Card Authorization Form.  When your PT8100/8200 arrives, fax the form back to us.  We will then activate your account and email you your username/password.  Please fax the form in when you receive the PT8100.  Upon activation, the first 2 days of use include unlimited "locates" - for you to get familiar with your new device.  Metering begins on the 3rd day. 

If you purchased the RTV5 - Download The RTV5 Credit Card Authorzation Form.  After the device is physically installed into your vehicle, then fax the form back to us, we will activate your account.

If you purchassed the AFM6200 or Enfora Mini MT - Download The AFM6200/Enfora Credit Card Authorization Form.  Please fax the authorization form back to us when you receive your device.

If you purchaed the TRIM TRAC 1600 - Download The TRIM TRAC Credit Card Authorization Form.  Please fax the authorization form back to us when you receive your device.

If you purchased the Dewalt Mobile Lock - Download the MOBILELOCK Credit Card Authorization Form.  As an authorized DeWalt Security Dealer, We will activate and set-up your Mobilelock online account.

If you purchased the SX1 Worldwide Satellite Tracker - Download The SX1 Credit Card Authorization Form.
