its employees \u00a0that fails to meet the expectations of their customers.\u00a0 I understand that things happen from time to time, and mistakes are sometimes made.\u00a0 <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span arrives at our table, he is very cordial and professional.\u00a0 We place our order and sit back to enjoy our dining experience.\u00a0 The waiter disappears, the drinks at our table sit empty for an overly extended period of time, the wrong food order arrives, and the waiter arrives to insist we did in fact order it!\u00a0 Later, the waiter returns and let\u2019s us know that he is training someone, and it was their fault for the experience we were receiving.\u00a0 I thought to myself, well \u2013 if you were managing your trainee better \u2013 maybe this whole situation would have never occurred.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: verdana;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: verdana;\">So you have a waiter and a trainee, front line employees \u2013 who in effect manage to present your brand and company identity in a somewhat negative manner, \u00a0that could have a profound effect on your organization as a whole if the
