According to the foundation\u2019s research, <a href=\"http:\/\/newsroom.aaa.com\/2017\/06\/new-teen-drivers-three-times-likely-involved-deadly-crash\/\">newly licensed teenagers are nearly three times more likely<\/a> to be involved in a fatal motor vehicle accident than experienced adults.<\/p>\n<p>AAA\u2019s research and statistics indicate that the summer months are more dangerous because newly licensed teenagers are out of school and on the road. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration notes that deadly car crashes involving 16-17-year-olds are on the rise.
