On a single charge, the Mobilelock will stay powered on for 30 days. The Mobilelock can also be hardwired with optional hardwired kit. Also available is an indoor motion detection combo kit, as well as an extended run-time combo kit, which will extend the battery life of Mobilelock up to six months.

The system will not only alert you when your property is tampered with or stolen, but now you can locate it and increase your chances of recovering it.

The DeWalt DS500 Can Also Monitor Temperatures:

Get notified when the location you are monitoring hits a low or high temperature that you set. The temperature range is 0°F-122°F (-17 °C-50 °C). The high temperature sensor is not to be used for fire protection.

Vibration Sensor:

The vibration sensor detects vibration on a metal container or movement of heavy equipment. The sensitivity setting is adjustable with 8 being the most sensitive and 1 being the least sensitive. The false alarm filter assists in blocking out false alarms associated with thunder claps, accidental bumping, objects falling on the equipment or container, etc. The false alarm filter has a high, medium, and off setting.

Tamper Sensor:

The tamper sensor is on the back of the MOBILELOCK unit. It is used to notify when someone has tampered with the security system.

IMPORTANT: The tamper sensor will provide notification that the MOBILELOCK unit has been removed from the mounting surface even when the unit is disarmed. The sensor can be deactivated on the website or phone menu system.

What Is The DeWalt DS500's Monthly Cost?

There is a basic monthly charge of $19.95 per month, this includes an unlimited number of web and phone remote configurations, as well as alarm phone alerts. There are also 5 GPS locates included every month. Unused locates rollover to the next month, additional locates are .15 cents per locate.

Optional Universal Sensor: DS520

The DS520 GENERIC SENSOR ADAPTER accessory expands the applications of MOBILELOCK to sense input from a variety of N.O. contact type sensors. It is used in conjunction with the DS500 MOBILELOCK GPS Locator with Anti-Theft Alarm. The DS520 incorporates an adapter for connection to the DS500 that allows charging with the AC power adapter or the DS525.
