We stand behind our products and equipment.  If a product ordered arrives damaged, we will immediately replace it.  If you are NOT satisfied with your purchase, we will accept it back for up to 30 days from the date you received your merchandise, less actual shipping cost as well as activation & air time charges for the month. 

All Of Our Monthly Service Plans Are Billed Month To Month.  There are NO Long Term Contracts Or Agreements. 

We Ask That You Obtain A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) Before Returning Any Purchases.
